ASCA World Clinic 2008 - Las Vegas, NV - September 3-7
| Online Registration | Printable Registration | Program/Timeline |

I'd like to tell you a little more about a few of our wonderful speakers for the ASCA World Clinic in Las Vegas, this Sept. 2-7.

First, Dr. Paul Stricker - MD., FAAP is a Sports Medicine Pediatrician and an Olympic Physician, and has authored a fine book, called "Sports Success RX" that has been published by the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has also coached swimming and is a leading authority on nutrition for athletes. He's doing two talks for us, the first on The Development of the Young Athlete and the second on Nutrition for Training.

He's a great addition to our line-up and you'll appreciate his common sense approach to development.

Second, our Level 4 Administration School is being taught by veteran Coach Pete Raykovich of DACA, in California. We asked Coach Pete to do this, because he runs one of the most successful business enterprises in all of swimming, and simultaneously coaches an outstandingly productive competitive swimming team at DACA. It is SO hard to do both well, and the intelligent, planning driven approach used by Pete and DACA is a fantastic model for swim clubs of all sizes and complexities. While the title "The Administration School" may be automatically excite too many coaches, this class is about SUCCESS... in coaching, in business and in life. It is impossible to find a coach who has better "walked the talk" in creating a great living for himself while doing his community a huge good works in DACA.

Third, Coach Jeanine Serrano of Tigard-Tualatin Swim Club of Oregon has several distinguishing characteristics that make her stand out. She's been in one place for decades of successful work as a Head ge Group Coach, she has less then ideal pool time and facilities, but has "found and made a way" to be highly successful, and she has formed the community relationships necessary to make her team a "community focus" of excellence, fun and achievement. If you're an age group coach, this is a model you need to see and hear.

We're sure you'll enjoy these and 40 other great speakers in Las Vegas. Get your registration done today, and remember, hotel space closes out on August 8, so you'll want to get your hotel reservation as well.

Already over 90 companies have committed to being in our worlds best exhibit hall, so bring your checkbook or credit card for the best deals in swimming!

Plan to attend. See you there.
