Tom Avischious  

Tom Avischious is the Programs & Services Director for USA Swimming. He has been with USA swimming for seven years. In this position, Tom oversees most of the programs designed to help USA Swimming member clubs and also is responsible for coach education. Prior to joining USA Swimming, he was a career age group coach while obtaining ASCA Level 5 age group certification. He will be joined in the teaching of this course by a number of the USA Swimming Sport Development Coordinators (Kim Holmes-Western Zone and Dave Thomas-Southern Zone).
