Maureen Banks 

Maureen is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. She is also a Certified Addictions Professional. As part of her work Maureen has consulted with coaches, athletes and teams to improve team cohesiveness, enhance performance through goal setting, improving concentration and focus, and learning optimal affect regulation. She has worked with athletes on many levels from age group through National and Olympic caliber, as well as professional athletes. Her experience has included swimmers, golf, baseball, basketball, football, tennis and gymnastics. She is the parent of two adult children who were competitive swimmers.
