clinics. He very much enjoys working with young coaches and teaching the ASCA Certification and Enhancement courses. Over 2000 coaches have attended his classes since 1988. He also manages the Job Service program serving as a consultant with club coaches and their employers on coach-employer relationships, club functioning, and long range planning. Guy was a full time swimming coach working with age group, senior, and high school teams for over 15 years. He coached state championship teams in 3 states and is a Level 5 Age Group Coach. He continues to coach on a part time basis to keep his teaching skills sharp and to stay close to the day to day concerns of athletes, parents, and officials. Guy’s primary roles outside of the work environment are nurturing a lifetime marriage with his wife Carol and enjoying his 11 year old daughter’s day to day discoveries and adventures.
