International Periodization and Planning Conference This Conference is Open to ALL Coaches
This workshop will provide Canadian coaches an opportunity to work
with world experts on the development of their quadrennial
and annual training plans. This workshop will feature
short presentations by the expert group, followed by
practical “hands on” planning sessions. The 2008
conference will serve as the first step in an overall
objective of developing Canadian coaches into world leaders
in this aspect of coaching. National conferences in 2008
and 2010 will focus on bringing coaches together in a ‘hands
on’ workshop format, lead by international experts in
applied planning and periodization. 2009 and 2011 will focus
on regional conference presentations on specific topics
related to the implementation of the plan – ie. nutrition,
mental preparation, strength training, etc.. |
