Important Note About The Position Evaluation Rating System

The scores posted are based upon information employers supply via a questionnaire called The Position Evaluation. The Position Evaluation asks for information on Area Demographics, Program Characteristics such as team numbers and pool availability, Coaches Compensation and Benefits, Club and Coach Stability, and Coaches Authority and Responsibility. The Position Evaluation is a GUIDE, nothing more. It is the responsibility of the coach to explore in depth each item in the Position Evaluation.

ASCA Members may email Guy Edson at gedson@swimmingcoach.org  to receive the position evaluation.

Coaches should then review the Position evaluation with the club during the interview process.  You can download a Position Evaluation form and survey here.
