Some of Bill’s great swimmers include:
  • Mary T. Meagher – WR, Olympic Gold. In 1984, Brown Deer, Wisconsin, the swimming world changes. 200 Fly – 2:05.96, 100 Fly – 57.93 (from 59.26 WR). “She skipped the 58’s.”
  • Tori Trees – 1994 Olympian, 200 Back
  • Katy Arris – National Champion 200 IM
  • Darby Chang
  • Bruce Dorman
  • Among many others…

“I have a saying… I tell my swimmers always to be pleased with a swim, but never be satisfied. When you set a world record it’s hard not to be satisfied. Mary T. kept working even after winning was a given. Her motivation was simply to go faster than she had ever gone before.” – Bill Peak
