Biography:
My most recent experience was Head Coach/Program Director of
the Bengal Tiger Aquatic Club where I produced two USA Swimming National Champions (Shelly
Ripple – 100 Back and Jarrod Marrs – 100 Breast) who have both represented the
USA National team several times internationally. I have spoken at the ASCA World Clinic on
Season Planning and Teaching Starts & Turns. Both talks were very well received and I
had numerous requests for my home made video on Start Drills. I also have experience
speaking at statewide clinics. I love to speak on any subject especially teaching
techniques and drills for all strokes, starts, and turns. I believe in spending almost all
of the talk stating exactly what I do that works for me with very little time wasted with
theory. I hold a Masters of Arts in Physical Education and I always start off the
presentation with a great joke!
